25 years of experience working with manufacturing, construction, and enterprise software.  Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo BS in Industrial Engineering with work experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Management, Solutions consulting, Sales Engineering, and Construction Services.  Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, and wholesale industries.  CRM experience across a variety of industries including healthcare insurance.

Experience in requirements gathering, gap/fit analysis, and process analysis.  Experience developing and implementing applications for engineering change management, production control, and quality management.  Experience with integrating Sales, Service, Production, Quality, and Product Management functions and applications.
